AIPLUSSUB provides a Claude membership proxy-payment service and is not affiliated with Anthropic PBC. We do not issue, hold, or sell any stored-value gift cards or codes.

1. The service

Based on Anthropic's official "pay for someone else" feature, we complete the charge on Anthropic's official site on your behalf. The activation email is sent to you directly by Anthropic; we never access your Claude account password.

2. Your responsibilities

Ensure the recipient email is correct; it cannot be changed after ordering.
If already subscribed via Apple / Google, wait until it expires to avoid conflicts.
Follow Anthropic's official usage terms; bans from violations are unrelated to us.

3. Delivery

We pay immediately after payment; the link usually arrives within an hour, though official review may delay it. It is valid for 365 days from payment.

4. Refunds

Activation emails are non-refundable once generated/sent. See the Refund policy.

5. Disclaimer

Proxy-payment only. Once the membership is live, we are not liable if third-party causes (bans, policy changes) make it unusable.

6. Billing & receipts

Payments are processed by Stripe and receipts are issued by the merchant of record; the receipt name is shown at checkout and by email. We are an independent agent, not affiliated with Anthropic PBC, and issue no stored-value cards or codes.
